| I spoke on "Social Communication is the 'Killer App' for Home Networking," at the HomeNet Conference, July 2001 in Las Vegas. |
| The HomeNet talk was based on a recent paper, "Casablanca: Designing Social Communication Devices for the Home," by Hindus, Mainwaring, Leduc, Hagstrom and Bayley, ACM CHI'01 Proceedings. |
| Fantasma Networks 's assets were acquired by Pulse-Link. Fantasma was an UWB (ultra-wideband) wireless home networking company that I helped spin out of Interval Research. |
